近紅外光（Near Infrared，NIR）是介于可見光（VIS）和中紅外光（MIR）之間的電磁波，按ASTM（美國試驗(yàn)和材料檢測協(xié)會(huì)）定義是指波長在780～2526nm范圍內(nèi)的電磁波，習(xí)慣上又將近紅外區(qū)劃分為近紅外短波（780~1100nm）和近紅外長波（1100~2526nm）兩個(gè)區(qū)域。近紅外區(qū)域是人們最早發(fā)現(xiàn)的非可見光區(qū)域。

Near Infrared (NIR) is an electromagnetic wave between visible and middle infrared light. According to ASTM, it refers to the electromagnetic wave with a wavelength of 780 ~ 2526nm. Conventionally, near infrared region is divided into two regions: near infrared short wave (780~1100nm) and near infrared long wave (1100~2526nm). The near infrared region was the first non-visible region to be discovered.

紅外線吸收劑是近年來新興的一種添加劑，其應(yīng)用范圍十分廣泛，其中十分重要的一項(xiàng)就是應(yīng)用在防偽油墨中。近紅外吸收防偽油墨是通過把一種或幾種近紅外吸收材料加入到油墨中的方式制成。近紅外吸收劑通常是一種有機(jī)功能染料，它在近紅外區(qū)域有吸收，最大吸收波長700nm-1100nm，且震蕩波長落在近紅外區(qū)。添加了近紅外吸收材料的油墨可以吸收紅外線，如在印品的某一局部用這種油墨，在日光下無任何痕跡，但在檢測儀器下，可觀察到相應(yīng)的信號(hào)或者暗紋。

Infrared absorber is a new additive in recent years, its application range is very wide, one of the most important application is used in anti-counterfeiting ink. we can get near-infrared absorption anti-counterfeiting ink by adding one or more nir absorbing materials into the ink. Nir absorber is an organic functional dye, which can absorb in the nir region. Its maximum absorption wavelength is 700nm-1100nm, and its oscillation wavelength falls in the near infrared region. The ink added infrared absorbing material can absorb infrared rays. If this ink is used on a part of the print, we can see nothing under daylight, but the corresponding signal or dark streak can be observed under the detector.

通常情況下，近紅外吸收材料是有機(jī)高分子材料，其在高溫下合成，生產(chǎn)加工工藝復(fù)雜，技術(shù)難度高，生產(chǎn)成本昂貴，因此近紅外吸收防偽油墨耐高溫、耐光照、性能穩(wěn)定并且防偽效果好，仿造難度高。

In general, NIR is an organic functional dye. It is synthesized at high temperature, and its production and processing process is very complicated. It also has high technical difficulty level and production cost. Therefore, the infra-red fluorescent inks can withstand high temperature and long periods of light, it also has stable performance, good anti - counterfeiting effect, high imitation difficulty level.

紅外防偽油墨的優(yōu)點(diǎn)眾多：防偽技術(shù)強(qiáng)，技術(shù)難度大，使用簡單，幾乎不受任何印刷條件的限制，可以印刷任何防偽圖案，而且可用任何印刷方式，適用于票據(jù)、證券、鈔票、商標(biāo)等的防偽印刷。

The infra-red fluorescent inks has many advantages：it has strong anti-counterfeiting technology,  high technical difficulty level and can be easy to use.  It is almost free from any printing conditions. It can also be used for printing any security pattern. Besids, it can be printed in any way. And it is suitable for security printing , such as bills, securities, banknotes, trademarks, etc.

根據(jù)油墨對紅外線有不同吸收能力的特點(diǎn)，還可以匹配制成無吸收紅外防偽油墨和近紅外防偽油墨。無吸收紅外防偽油墨就是對近紅外線不具有吸收作用的印刷油墨。使用時(shí)可以由近紅外吸收油墨和無吸收紅外防偽油墨組成一對。將近紅外吸收防偽油墨印刷的防偽圖案或信息隱藏在無吸收紅外防偽油墨下，因此防偽功能更隱蔽，防復(fù)制功能更強(qiáng)，防偽效果也更好。

Because different inks have different absorption capacity of infrared, we can also make no absorption infrared anti-counterfeiting ink and near-infrared anti-counterfeiting ink. No absorption infrared anti-counterfeiting ink is a printing ink that does not absorb infrared rays. We can use the near infrared absorption ink and non - absorption infrared anti - counterfeiting ink into a pair. We can put near infrared absorption anti-counterfeiting ink printing anti-counterfeiting patterns or information hidden in the non-absorption infrared anti-counterfeiting ink, so anti-counterfeiting and anti-replication effect is better.
